Asian EMS Awards
The Asian Council for EMS (Now Asian Association for EMS) in its Penang meeting decided, on the recommendations of Lifeline Foundation to honour individuals and institutes involved and furthering the cause of EMS in Asia; the awards were first given away in Singapore during the 2013 Asian EMS Conference were modelled on the lines of the Lifeline Foundation AAEMI National Awards.
Award categories:
- Lifetime Achievement Award
- The Individual Excellence Award
- The Institutional Award
Eligibility criteria for the Awards:
Individuals and Institutions/Organisations based in Asia and working towards development of EMS in Asia are eligible to apply
Qualifying criteria for the Awards:
- Work to be considered has to be in the field of EMS
- The initiative under consideration must have been undertaken in an Asian country, citizens of which are members of AAEMS
- Nominator of the Award has to be a member of AAEMS
- Nominee has to be of unquestionable integrity
Jury:
A 3 member jury will judge the awardees with a winner of previous year being part of the jury.
